Civil Engineering Department of the Institute started its journey on 1st of June, 2007 with the establishment of Tripura Institute of Technology, Narsingarh. This department is currently offering Diploma in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Technology, Civil Engineering. Both the programs are approved by AICTE and affiliated to Tripura University (A Central University).

The vision of the Civil Engineering Department is to create one of the best branches in the country by employing systematic and planned approach to manifest the department and thereby producing quality Civil Engineers befitting for industries as well as for society.

The mission of the Department is to:

M2. Develop a strong conceptual educational environment with the use of up-to-date technology.
M3. Produce outstanding civil engineering under-graduates with high ethical sense having the zeal for self-employment and entrepreneurship.
